How To Make A Great Surrogacy Agency Even Better

With the start of a new year comes an opportunity for making improvements. At Extraordinary Conceptions, an egg donor and surrogacy agency, their team members are hard at work figuring out how they can raise the bar in 2018.

Making Great Even Better

Before 2017 ended, the executive team at Extraordinary Conceptions had a wave of meetings to map out 2018.

“We have had meetings with our key staff regarding everything from the surrogacy, egg donation, and intending parents’ spectrum,” CEO Mario Caballero said. “For us as an agency, it’s about improving everything we do in a more efficient and positive way.”

So, the desire to improve comes from compassion to help others.

“Passion is what drives us to be better,” he said.

It’s All About the Teamwork

Caballero attributes the success of his agency to his team. His philosophy is simple. He employs professionals who are kind because kindness is at the heart of this industry.

Caballero welcomes staff members to share their opinions and ideas on ways to improve the agency for surrogates, egg donors, and intending parents.

Caballero is thankful for their hard work, dedication, and continuing education. In turn, he provides his staff with learning opportunities, employee benefits, and special recognition.

Providing Support for Surrogates

Because of infertility issues, Caballero and his wife had their twins through surrogacy. Because of this personal experience, he wants to ensure that the surrogates at Extraordinary Conceptions receive the highest level of care and support.

Throughout a surrogate’s journey, their case coordinators will walk them through the process. In addition to this, care coordinators take care of surrogates. This type of coordinator is different in that this person will reach out to a surrogate and check in with her regularly.

A care coordinator provides more personalized attention and communication. Gestational carriers are also happy to know that they can contact their coordinators at any time even after business hours.

Virtual Monthly Meetups are another level of support for surrogates at Extraordinary Conceptions. The agency’s marriage and family counselor intern, Alison Chrun, leads the meetups.

In 2018, Caballero said he and his team would think of more services and perks to offer their surrogates.

Sharing A Personal Experience

Surrogacy offers hope for individuals wanting a child. There are still a lot of questions about the process. Caballero does all that he can to educate people.

And he never charges anything when talking with intending parents – it’s about guiding people so that they can experience the love of a child.

Caballero tells future parents that the more knowledge they have about surrogacy, the better. Every detail will help in their decision making in achieving a family. When Caballero and his wife decided to pursue surrogacy, they didn’t have any guidance. Through his own experience, and now running a successful surrogacy agency for more than a decade, he can help people fulfill their dreams of parenthood.
