What Typical First-Time U.S. Surrogates receive
Every surrogate journey is unique, and your base compensation reflects the extraordinary commitment you are making. Repeat surrogates may qualify for higher compensation ranging up to $120,000.

Because transparency is care. Here’s exactly what your compensation package includes — from screening through postpartum recovery.
STEP 01
Before pregnancy
From your very first screening, we make sure you’re supported — travel is covered, time is honored, and every milestone is recognized.
Medical Screening Support
Everything you need to attend screening and monitoring appointments is covered — no out-of-pocket expenses.
- Lost wages reimbursement for screening & monitoring visits
- $75 per diem for each 24-hour period of screening travel
- Intended Parents cover all Gestational Carrier travel expenses
- If a spouse/partner is required by the clinic, their travel, lost wages & per diem are covered too
Legal Clearance Benefit
$1,000
Paid once your contracts are finalized and legal clearance is complete.
Dropped Cycle Fee
$250
Paid if a cycle is canceled after medications or preparation have begun.

Rest Easy Plan
If doctor-ordered bed rest is prescribed, this benefit may cover the real costs at home.

Bed Rest Lost Wages
Up to $500 / week
If you’re not eligible for the Rest Easy Plan, we still protect your income for doctor-ordered bed rest or activity restrictions during pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Maternity Leave Lost Wages
Up to 6 weeks after vaginal delivery, 8 weeks after C-section.
