“Growing up one of my best friends was adopted from another country, the joy she brought her parents was something I enjoyed growing up. As I got older I came to understand that more and more people have to explore alternative methods to have children. I have several friends whom have suffered from infertility and I always thought what a gift would be for them to be able to have a child in any means necessary.
When my husband and I got married we talked about possibilities of us not being able to have kids and if that happened we talked about our options and we would have done anything to have children. In that conversation I had mentioned to him that if we could have kids fine and with no complications I wanted to be a surrogate. He loved the idea and we tabled that one for the time begin. Well I gave birth to the last child we want in our little family in May of last year and we have been discussing me doing surrogacy now while my girls are young.”

“In my life I have been very fortunate to plan a family, carry and delivery my own children.
I can’t imagine having that choice taken away form me or how that must feel. Being healthy and feeling good while pregnant makes me feel very blessed and lucky. I treat each pregnancy as if it were my own child.
Making sure I take my vitamins daily, get lots of sleep, eat healthy meals and get exercise. My first journey was amazing. The progress wen smoothly, labour was short and a beautiful healthy boy came into this world!
